The ingredients are:
✅ 2 cups spelt flour
✅ 1 tsp baking powder
✅ 3 tbsp coconut palm sugar
✅ 1/3 cup vegan butter melted
✅ 1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax seed mixed with 3 tbsp water)
✅ 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
✅ 1/3 cup dairy free milk + 1 tbsp I used homemade walnut milk
✅ 1/3 or 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips

I had to swap two ingredients which was applesauce instead of flax egg and Raw Agave instead of coconut palm sugar.
They only take 13 min to cook in the oven. I used a brownie sheet to make mine to make them thick.
Since I’m staying at home and have a toddler to keep busy, this was fun to make together!
